KEYNOTE: RUSSELL F. COX
President and Chief Executive Officer
Norton Healthcare
Cox stepped into his current role at the beginning of 2017. He joined Norton Healthcare in September 2000 as vice president of support services and steadily grew within the organization.
Cox has more than 38 years of executive experience in health care. He is a lifelong resident of Louisville, earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development. He also attended the Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed the requirements for certification from its Executive Development Institute.
Cox is active in the community by serving on various nonprofit and volunteer boards. He currently serves on the Bellarmine University Board of Trustees and is a member of its Executive Committee; Kentucky Chamber Board of Trustees; Greater Louisville, Inc. Board of Trustees; and WDRB Editorial Board. In 2018, he was honored by the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana with the “Man Enough to Be a Girl Scout” award. In 2019, he was named one of the Most Admired CEOs in the Louisville area by Louisville Business First, and in 2020, he was inducted into the Kentuckiana Business Hall of Fame.

Whitney Sweeney-Martin is an empathetic leader, wellness advocate, and visionary founder of 2Truths, a wellness coaching and consulting practice. She also serves as the Director of Faculty Success and Wellbeing at the University
of Louisville, where she champions initiatives that promote emotional wellness, professional growth, and compassionate leadership. With over a decade of experience as an educator and counselor, Whitney brings a deep commitment to empowering others to find themselves and fostering spaces where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.
KACEY FRAZIER

Whether it is leading 500 dads and daughters in meaningful moments or providing intimate instruction to friends in hoedown happiness, Kacey Frazier passionately brings her love of movement and music into all her dance teaching. For over 30 years, she has created atmospheres of community at corporate, church, school, and club events, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, libraries, adult special needs and retreat centers, family gatherings, marriage conferences, and more.
Kacey draws upon many forms, traditions, and styles of dance—ballroom, line, square, contra, circle, social, and folk dances from around the world and a myriad of time periods.
